Position: Program Advisor – Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and drive admissions for various online and classroom management programs.
Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment targets through end-to-end sales management.
Generate and qualify leads via multiple channels — cold calling, email campaigns, social
media, outreach activities, and referrals.
Identify, engage, and convert prospective students, primarily working professionals from
diverse industries.
Counsel and support prospective students to select suitable programs aligned with their
career goals.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing / Management.
6 months to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, inside sales, SaaS, Banking,
Real Estate.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
