Position: Commi – Fry Section

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook fried food items as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate and maintain deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Ensure proper cooking temperatures, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Prepare mise en place and ingredients required for the fry section.
- Monitor oil quality and ensure timely replacement as per kitchen standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the fry station and surrounding work area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Minimize food wastage and support inventory control activities.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations as required.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, QSR, or cloud kitchen.
- Knowledge of frying techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
