HR Intern – Recruitment & HR Market Research
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0–1 year
Key Responsibilities
· Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
· Conduct HR market research on hiring trends, salaries, talent availability, and competitor practices.
· Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
· Assist with day-to-day HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good research and analytical abilities.
· Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
· Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and other HR tools is a plus.
· Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
