Base2Brand is hiring a Telecaller . We are looking for a proactive and confident individual with excellent communication skills who can engage with prospective students, provide accurate course information, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Explain courses, programs, and admission details.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counseling sessions and assist throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
