Senior Concur AMS specialist responsible for handling complex issues, root cause analysis, and delivering minor enhancements while supporting continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Resolve complex incidents escalated from L2
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with SAP Concur for defects
Deliver minor enhancements such as workflow and policy updates
Analyze and resolve integration issues (card feeds, HR/Finance interfaces)
Drive problem management and eliminate recurring incidents
Support Concur releases and change management
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for issue resolution
Professional & Technical Skills
5–8 years SAP Concur experience
Strong knowledge of configuration and integrations
Understanding of APIs and data flows
Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills
