We are hiring a Field Executive to support merchant onboarding and business development across assigned locations. The role involves field visits, relationship building, and helping expand business presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Visit potential merchants and explain the company’s products/services.
- Support merchant onboarding and activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and field operations.
- Achieve assigned targets for onboarding and business growth.
- Collect field feedback and share market insights with the team.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Prior experience in sales, field operations, or merchant onboarding preferred.
- Local candidates preferred.
Preferred Background
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, direct sales, food & beverage, SaaS, or merchant services.
- Experience in business development or field sales is an advantage.
Working Style
- Must be comfortable working independently in the field.
- Should be able to manage multiple merchant visits and follow-ups.
- Ability to represent the brand professionally at all times.
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
