Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Administrator to join our clinic in Kakkanad, Kochi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and experience in managing front desk operations in a healthcare or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Front Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role (clinic/hospital experience preferred).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
