- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and consultancy.
- Conduct screening, interview coordination, and initial HR rounds.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding process.
2. Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Coordinate for labor inspections and audits.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and challans.
3. Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.
- Address employee grievances and HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement activities.
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HRMIS records.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower data.
- Handle employee documentation and personal files.
5. Policy & Process Management
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company rules and compliance standards.
- Support management in HR strategy and organizational development.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and labor laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
Salary: As per company standards.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
