Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system support processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration.
- Experience in managing virtualized environments and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to cloud platform issues and system performance.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud operations.
- Ability to monitor and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
