We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Distribution Manager to expand our market presence and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities Sales Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Develop relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and institutional customers.
- Increase sales volume of all assigned cement brands.
Market Expansion
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities in the region.
- Maintain strong visibility and presence of company brands in the market.
Reporting
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide sales forecasts and business development plans.
Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance Incentive
Additional incentive linked to:
- Achievement of sales targets
- New party development
Pay: ₹9,890.39 - ₹20,000.00 per month
