Job Summary
Lere Academy is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable DHA Trainer to join our academic team.
The trainer will be responsible for preparing healthcare professionals such as Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other eligible candidates for the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensing examination.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, relevant healthcare experience, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of DHA exam preparation and licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and engaging DHA exam preparation classes.
- Prepare healthcare professionals for DHA licensing assessments.
- Explain important concepts and exam topics clearly and effectively.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and revision materials.
- Conduct regular mock tests, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Discuss previous and practice exam questions with students.
- Help students understand exam patterns and effective preparation strategies.
- Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to students.
- Keep training materials updated according to relevant DHA requirements.
- Conduct interactive online and/or offline training sessions.
- Monitor student performance and progress.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student requirements and course schedules.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in the healthcare/medical field.
- Strong knowledge of the subject relevant to DHA examination preparation.
- Previous experience as a DHA Trainer is preferred.
- Experience preparing healthcare professionals for licensing examinations is an advantage.
- Good understanding of DHA exam preparation and assessment requirements.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex healthcare topics in a simple and understandable manner.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
- Ability to conduct engaging and professional training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, or Allied Healthcare Professionals.
- Previous DHA exam preparation experience.
- Experience with Prometric-based healthcare licensing examinations.
- Knowledge of international healthcare licensing examinations.
- Experience creating mock tests and exam-oriented study materials.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
