We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads through cold calling and email campaigns, coordinating with overseas clients, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and assisting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to prospects for lead generation and business development.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both the markets.
- Send introductory emails and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with overseas clients regarding enquiries, quotations, samples, and orders.
- Prepare and submit quotations as per customer requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases, lead trackers, and sales reports in Excel/CRM.
- Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Purchase, Logistics, Finance, and Production) for timely execution of customer requirements.
- Handle customer communication through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Assist in vendor registrations and customer documentation whenever required.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and presentation materials.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with international clients also.
- Support the senior sales team in day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and commercial documents.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Coordination, or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B international sales and cold calling is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
