Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, features, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits and effectively present the project to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates in CRM and sales reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
