Job Title: HR Recruiter – Garments IndustryJob Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our garment manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for factory, staff, and management positions while ensuring timely manpower availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for garment factory and office positions
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local hiring channels
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and management
- Manage recruitment for operators, tailors, helpers, supervisors,and staff positions
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and local hiring networks
- Assist HR team in employee engagement and other HR activities when required
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring techniques
- Familiarity with garment industry roles and factory manpower hiring
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in garments/textile/manufacturing industry
Preferred Experience
- Experience in bulk hiring and factory recruitment
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR documentation is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
