- Overview: generating new freight customers in Canada/US for Translink
- Compensation: base salary + **uncapped commission**
Key responsibilities to list:
- Cold call and email shippers, manufacturers, and freight brokers in Canada/US
- Generate and qualify leads; build a customer pipeline
- Prepare quotes and negotiate freight rates (with dispatcher/management support)
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Hit weekly outreach and monthly revenue targets (state targets if we want)
- Hand off won accounts to dispatch/operations smoothly.
Requirements to list:
- MANDATORY: Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales or cold-calling experience (logistics/freight sales strongly preferred) — freshers will not be considered
- Excellent spoken English, clear and confident on calls with North American clients
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce — name ours if applicable)
