Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, profitability, and compliance with company standards. The role includes managing staff, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Resolve employee conflicts and maintain team discipline.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, sales targets, and cost control measures.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze restaurant performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing activities.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and labor laws.
- Maintain records related to health inspections and licenses.
- Implement workplace safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
