As a CRM Specialist (Fresher), you will be part of the CRM and Marketing Technology team, learning to implement, manage, and optimize CRM platforms—primarily HubSpot—to support marketing, sales, and customer success operations. You will gain hands-on experience in CRM workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about digital tools, customer relationship management, and data-driven marketing.
You will be working closely with senior CRM consultants and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day CRM operations and client projects.
Your key Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in setting up and configuring HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data/Operations Hubs).
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of workflows, automation, and sales sequences.
- Helping build dashboards and reports to analyze CRM data and performance.
- Assisting in onboarding clients and maintaining CRM data accuracy.
- Supporting integration of HubSpot with websites, forms, and third-party tools like WordPress or Shopify.
- Helping design and execute basic email campaigns, lead nurturing flows, and automation.
- Participating in testing, documentation, and CRM improvement activities.
- Collaborating with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure CRM usage aligns with business goals.
