About the Role
We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide strategic and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
The ideal candidate will serve as the CEO's trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination of executive priorities, meetings, communications, travel, and business initiatives while acting as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal time management.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, business correspondence, presentations, reports, and official documents.
- Coordinate with department heads to track deliverables and ensure timely execution of business priorities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Represent the CEO professionally in meetings and communications whenever required.
Business Coordination
- Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Prepare MIS reports, executive dashboards, and presentations for leadership meetings.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, and board meeting materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor progress against deadlines.
- Support business planning and operational reviews.
Meeting & Travel Management
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare briefing documents before meetings and maintain accurate meeting records.
Documentation & Administration
- Maintain organized records, confidential files, and executive documentation.
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.
- Ensure timely filing and retrieval of important documents.
- Maintain executive expense records and reimbursement documentation.
Project & Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing leadership meetings, corporate events, and client visits.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of strategic projects.
- Monitor deadlines and provide timely updates to the CEO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar executive support role.
- Experience supporting CXOs, Directors, or senior leadership is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
