Qualification: Bachelors of Engineering in Chemistry/Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Graduate with 5+ years in handling Polymers product sales.
Role: Responsible for selling a variety of chemicals such as coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers and polymers.
- Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets by selling a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques.
- Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
- Forecast sales to enable operations planning and introduce product innovations.

Department: Logistics
Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline, (Shipping /Logistics – preferred)/8+ years of experience in Logistics coordination from a similar industry.
Role: This position requires experience in a distribution or logistics environment, a good understanding of warehousing processes and procedures, and customer service orientation.
- Managing daily warehouse operations, from incoming & outgoing distribution to shipping and receiving operations.
- Communicating with vendors and customers to assure all documentation is prepared in accordance with compliances and company policy.
- Maintain records of physical stock and other logistics-related duties of all the products.
- Post-sales calls, Closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction with excellent customer service.
- Market Research/ Market Sizing and Stock reports & Database generation. Additional help as sales support and Business development.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Well-versed with Tally Prime/ERP, Microsoft Office and all modems of Google apps.
- Knowledge of digital skills is an added advantage.
- A dedicated and consistent person who has excellent time management skills.
