Advocate – In-House Legal

Job Summary
We are looking for a Legal Advocate to join our in-house legal team and handle day-to-day legal, documentation, stamping, registration, and litigation-related responsibilities for our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day legal documentation, agreements, notices and correspondence.
- Draft and review real estate agreements, legal documents, affidavits, undertakings and notices.
- Handle stamp duty, e-stamping and registration-related work and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Assist with property documentation, title documents and legal verification.
- Handle RERA and other real estate regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, government authorities and internal departments.
- Assist in litigation matters, court documentation and case follow-ups.
- Provide legal support to management and various departments on day-to-day matters.
- Maintain proper records of legal documents, agreements, notices and cases.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Legal Documentation.
- Good legal drafting and agreement-drafting skills.
- Practical knowledge of Stamp Duty & Registration procedures.
- Knowledge of RERA and property-related laws.
- Understanding of litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently handle routine legal matters and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, construction, property law or an in-house legal role.
- Candidate should be enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice as an Advocate.
Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in real estate documentation, stamping, registration and RERA matters.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
