We are hiring a Courier Operations & Customer Support Executive for our courier and logistics company. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day courier operations, customer support, shipment entries, complaint resolution, and coordination with clients, courier branches, and delivery partners.
This is a mixed role involving both computer/back-office work and occasional field work such as pickups, deliveries, or branch visits when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily courier operations and shipment coordination.
- Enter shipment data in Excel/software accurately.
- Track shipments and update clients on delivery status.
- Resolve client complaints related to delayed, stuck, lost, or undelivered shipments.
- Coordinate with courier branches, delivery partners, and internal team members.
- Arrange and support pickups and deliveries when required.
- Maintain daily records, reports, POD details, and shipment status updates.
- Communicate professionally with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up on pending shipments, RTO, delivery issues, and branch escalations.
- Support office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
