Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Manage customer queries and provide proper product guidance
- Follow up with leads from website, Instagram, and ads
- Convert inquiries into successful sales
- Maintain customer relationships and support after-sales communication
- Coordinate with the team for orders and updates
- Maintain records of customer conversations and leads
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident in calling and customer handling
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Experience in customer support or sales is a plus
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge

Salary
