Conduct the morning meeting with all staff at a specified area and discuss last day performance /safety regulations/ Appreciations, Follow-up with Supervisor /Service advisor/Parts Manager on any delay of vehicle delivery , Customer Acquisition/Retention,Keep a close look on all the assigned targets by Maruti. Target achieves Original Target ,Maintain labour load of service, all job card should be bill on time, all customers complain should be reslove related to parts , manpower etc, all vehicle demanded repaire will done, road test of all vehicle should be done, all job card will check at the time of billing,all equipment will be ok on floor, CEI should be as per maruti.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
