Onion English School is a unique online English language school that uses a modern American-based teaching system. Our main goal is to teach people to speak English fluently, rather than simply memorising grammar rules.

Responsibilities:
- Actively and independently search for and attract new clients for the school through cold and warm outreach on social media, chats, groups, and other platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract the target audience.
- Conduct initial communication with prospective students and present the advantages of our online school.
- Provide consultations to potential clients.
- Attract clients to free introductory steps, including an English-level assessment.
- Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales process until they make a payment for a course.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in online education is a significant advantage.
- Strong research and prospecting skills: ability to independently find and attract the target audience through Telegram channels, social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook), forums, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to engage potential clients, identify their needs, and communicate the value of our product.
- Confidence: ability to be persuasive to convince the client to choose our school
- Technical equipment: stable internet connection, laptop, and smartphone for fast and effective communication.
