Position: Investor Support Executive
Location: Tiruppur
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and assist investors through voice calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Respond to investor queries regarding products, services, investments, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain professional communication and provide timely resolutions to investor concerns.
- Follow up with prospective and existing investors to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Record and update investor interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve investor issues and provide accurate information.
- Prepare and maintain investor communication records and reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in any one additional language: Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle investor queries professionally over phone and email.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Any Graduate and Techical diploma or degree will be added advantage
- Prior experience in customer support, investor relations, tele-calling, banking, finance, or related fields is preferred.
Salary
- As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹16,655.37 - ₹25,000.00 per month
