Role Summary
We are looking for an Automation Analyst with strong hands-on experience inMicrosoft Power Platform and RPA technologies to join our Automation Team. The role involvesend-to-end solution design, development, deployment, and production support of enterprise-scale automation solutions. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complex business processes and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Solution Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and deployend-to-end automation solutions using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- Lead automation initiatives fromrequirement analysis to production rollout
- Ensure solutions arescalable, secure, maintainable, and compliant with enterprise standards
Power Apps Development
- DevelopCanvas Apps andModel-Driven Apps
- Create responsive, user-friendly UI/UX designs
- Implement:
- Data validation
- Error handling
- Performance optimization
- Integrate Power Apps with multiple data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, APIs)
Power Automate (Cloud)
- Buildcomplex automated workflows using:
- Triggers, conditions, loops, approvals
- Exception handling and notifications
- Integrate flows with:
- Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- External systems via APIs, connectors, and custom connectors
- Optimize flows for performance and reliability
Power Automate Desktop RPA
- Developattended and unattended bots using Power Automate Desktop
- Automate legacy systems and desktop applications
- Implement:
- UI automation
- OCR and document processing
- Robust error handling and retry logic
- Monitor and support bots in production environments
Technical Leadership Governance
- Participate inautomation architecture and design reviews
- Enforce best practices related to:
- ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
- Security compliance
- Reusability and standardization
- Support code reviews and solution audits
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building
Production Support Documentation
- Providepost-production support and issue resolution
- Create and maintain:
