Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive OTA Executive to manage maximize online room sales. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining hotel listings, updating room inventory, managing rates and promotions, handling reservations, and ensuring excellent online visibility across all OTA channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hotel listings on Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb (if applicable), Trip.com, and other OTA platforms.
Update room inventory, rates, availability, and blackout dates daily.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Reservations team to ensure inventory accuracy.
Create and manage promotional offers, packages, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor bookings, cancellations, modifications, and payment status.
Ensure rate parity across all OTA channels.
Improve hotel ranking and visibility on OTA platforms.
Respond to guest reviews professionally and promptly.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly OTA performance reports.
Resolve OTA-related booking issues and guest concerns.
Ensure all hotel information, photos, amenities, and policies remain updated.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Maintain strong relationships with OTA partners.
Required Skills
Experience with Booking.com Extranet, Agoda YCS, Expedia Partner Central, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and similar OTA platforms.
Knowledge of Channel Managers and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Good understanding of hotel revenue management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple OTA platforms.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in OTA Management, Hotel Reservations, E-commerce, or Revenue Management.
Freshers with relevant hotel internship experience may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
