Job Summary
Thermo Heat Transfers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive (1 year experience) to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves handling bookkeeping, GST compliance, vendor payments, and financial documentation to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Entries:
- Pass day-to-day accounting entries including
- sales, purchase, receipts, and payments
- GST Compliance:
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B
- Ensure proper input tax credit tracking
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage vendor payments and follow-ups
- Track customer receivables and collections
- Maintain proper ageing reports
- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation:
- Perform bank reconciliation (BRS)
- Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies
- Invoice & Documentation:
- Generate sales invoices and verify purchase invoices
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance
- TDS & Statutory Compliance:
- Assist in TDS calculations and filings
- Maintain statutory records
- Coordination:
- Work with purchase and sales teams for invoice and payment tracking
- Coordinate with CA for audits and filingsRequired Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of:
- Accounting principles
- GST and TDS compliance
- Hands-on experience with:
- Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) or similar accounting software
- MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic communication and coordination skills
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant accounting experience
