We’re expanding our team at Jellyfish Technologies and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (Lead Generation) to join us!
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, manage accounts, and foster strong client relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align business strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a critical role in driving growth and achieving sales targets for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive organizational growth
- Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
- Strong Communication and Business acumen to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role is preferred
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategic plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
Role Details
Location: Noida (Sector 3 – Near Sector 16 Metro)
Experience: 6 months–2 Years
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Onsite)
Must Have
- Generate leads for IT services through outbound outreach
- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Build and manage sales pipelines
- Support business growth through client prospecting
