Job Summary
We are hiring Telecollection Executives for our Perungudi, Chennai, location. The ideal candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills, with proficiency in Kannada or Telugu and good English communication.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Language & Salary Telugu Process
- Telugu – Mandatory
- Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Kannada Process
- Kannada – Mandatory
- Fresher: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Common Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Comfortable working with collection targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.
- Explain outstanding amounts and payment options clearly.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns.
- Negotiate payment commitments professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Follow company policies, collection procedures, and quality standards.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
