Position: Sales / Lead Generation Process (Voice Process)

Education: 12th Pass/ UG

Shift timings :5am to 2pm
Mon to Friday
(Saturday 5am to 11.30 pm)
Experience: minimum 6 months to 2 yrs in solar panels ,battery and energy process in Australian BPO
*Responsibilities* :
Inbound Sales:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information on energy plans, pricing, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Up sell and cross-sell energy products and services to existing customers
Outbound Sales:
- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to promote energy products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Australian energy market
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
