- Handle recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with HR qualification may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of labor laws, EPF, ESIC, and payroll processes is preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
