- Manage and optimize the company's CRM system to ensure accurate customer, sales, and service data.
- Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, customer communication, lead management, and reporting.
- Analyze CRM data to generate insights on sales, customer behavior, and service performance.
- Create AI-powered dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Production teams to streamline CRM processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, user access management, and CRM compliance.
- Train employees on CRM usage and AI-driven features to improve productivity.
- Identify opportunities for CRM enhancements, automation, and process optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in CRM management or CRM administration.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or custom CRM).
- Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini) and advanced Excel/Power BI is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
