Front Desk & Reception
- Greet: Welcome guests warmly and direct them to the right people.
- Answer Calls: Handle multi-line phone systems, take messages, and reply to emails.
- Manage Mail: Sort, send, and deliver mail and packages.
- Keep Order: Maintain a neat and safe reception and waiting area
- MD (Managing Director) Assistance
- Schedule: Organize the MD's calendar, book meetings, and prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Travel: Plan trips, flights, and hotels for the MD and other leaders.
- Document Prep: Write and edit reports, letters, and emails.
- Privacy: Keep private company information safe
- General Office Support
- Order Supplies: Check inventory and buy office or breakroom items before they run out.
- Coordinate Meetings: Set up conference rooms, organize food, and prepare IT equipment.
- Data Entry: Organize files and keep computer or paper records updated
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
