Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our team as Tekla Detailers. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from Civil and Mechanical Engineering backgrounds to build a career in structural detailing using Tekla software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and work on Tekla Structures software for structural detailing
- Prepare detailed drawings and models for steel structures
- Assist in project execution under senior team guidance
- Ensure accuracy and quality in detailing outputs
- Follow project timelines and company standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers are eligible to apply
- Basic understanding of structural concepts will be an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Salary Structure:
- First 2 Months: ₹5,000/month (Training Period)
- Next 6 Months: ₹10,000/month (Junior Detailer)
- Next 6 Months: ₹12,000/month (Detailer)
- Post 1 Year: Yearly increments based on performance
Terms & Conditions:
- Candidate must sign a 2-year bond agreement
- Submission of 10th class original certificate is mandatory at the time of joining
