The AC Testing Lab Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of HVAC systems. You will be responsible for executing rigorous test protocols on air conditioning units and chillers, documenting technical data, and maintaining a high standard of safety and quality within the lab environment.
Technical Requirements
· Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a testing or quality control environment.
· Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the refrigeration cycle, chiller components, and HVAC testing standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Testing Operations: Conduct performance and functional testing on AC systems and industrial chillers.
· Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure all products meet internal and regulatory quality standards.
· Technical Support: Assist the service team with maintenance tasks and troubleshooting during the testing phase.
· Data Management: Maintain precise and organized documentation of all test parameters, results, and anomalies.
· Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise with Production and Quality departments to resolve technical issues and optimize testing workflows.
· Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols and operational SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
