Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Head is responsible for leading the company's sales and marketing functions to achieve business growth, maximize revenue, strengthen brand presence, and ensure successful sales of residential, commercial, and plotted development projects. The role involves developing strategic plans, managing high-performing teams, driving customer acquisition, and building long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead and motivate sales managers, executives, pre-sales, and CRM teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking, registration, and project handover.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
Marketing Management
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for project launches and ongoing campaigns.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, print media, outdoor advertising, events, and public relations.
- Strengthen the company's brand image and market positioning.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing return on investment (ROI).
Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Develop strategic partnerships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Explore new revenue opportunities and business alliances.
Market Research
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Recommend pricing, promotional strategies, and product positioning.
- Prepare market intelligence reports to support business decisions.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ensure timely follow-up of customer enquiries through CRM systems.
- Improve lead-to-booking conversion rates.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, construction, and customer support teams for seamless documentation and handover.
Financial & Performance Management
- Prepare sales forecasts and revenue projections.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Revenue
- Sales bookings
- Lead generation
- Site visits
- Conversion rate
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Marketing ROI
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales and marketing teams.
- Establish performance goals, KPIs, and incentive programs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Foster a high-performance and customer-focused work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
