What You Will Do Daily
- Identify and reach out to companies in Jaipur and nearby markets that have open positions or regular hiring needs
- Cold call, email, and visit HR Managers, Talent Acquisition heads, and business owners
- Convert prospects into clients by pitching our recruitment services and signing agreements
- Negotiate terms of engagement, retainer, success fee, or exclusive mandates
- Handover signed mandates to the delivery team with the full context of the client's expectations.
- Stay in touch with clients through the hiring cycle so they do not go cold.
- Generate repeat business; one client should give you multiple mandates over time time.
- Attend local industry events, HR meets, and networking forums to build your contact base.
- Maintain a daily tracker of calls made, meetings done, proposals sent and mandates received.
- Report to the founder directly every week with pipeline status
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3 to 7 years. Background: Must have worked in a recruitment firm, staing company, or B2B services sales before
You must have:
- Made cold calls before and not be afraid of rejection
- Sold an intangible service not a product
- Built relationships from scratch with no existing client base handed to you
- Basic understanding of how recruitment and hiring works so you can speak the client's language
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with weekly accountability
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
