Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer to design and build AI-powered capabilities for an enterprise Customer Self-Service platform. The role involves developing intelligent agents that enable customers to complete tasks, manage products and services, understand consumption, and interact securely with enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience in LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, agent orchestration, enterprise integrations, and SAP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational and task-oriented AI agents for customer self-service.
- Build agent workflows for onboarding, change requests, product lifecycle, fund management, consumption analysis, and service requests.
- Develop MCP servers, tools, APIs, and integrations enabling AI agents to securely interact with enterprise systems.
- Integrate AI agents with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other enterprise backend platforms.
- Implement tool/function calling, agent orchestration, context management, and RAG capabilities.
- Develop reusable and scalable agent capabilities instead of point solutions for individual use cases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and customer-level access controls for agent-driven actions.
- Design and implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for sensitive or high-impact operations.
- Implement agent tracing, observability, evaluation, guardrails, and automated testing.
- Contribute to customer-facing conversational and self-service experiences.
- Take AI solutions from prototype and PoC through production deployment.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, backend developers, and enterprise integration teams.
Mandatory Skills
- 7–15 years of strong software development experience.
- Strong hands-on programming experience with Java, Node.js/TypeScript, and/or Python.
- Proven experience developing LLM and Agentic AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool/function calling.
- Experience with AI agent orchestration and workflow development.
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and enterprise knowledge integration.
- Experience with REST/OData APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP / CAP and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Experience with cloud-native application development, CI/CD, automated testing, and production deployments.
- Experience with AI evaluation, tracing, monitoring, observability, and guardrails.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenAI or similar LLM platforms.
- Experience with SAP Generative AI Hub / SAP AI Core.
- Hands-on experience with MCP implementations.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience building enterprise-grade conversational AI or customer self-service solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of AI safety, responsible AI, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation methodologies.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer with practical Agentic AI development experience, capable of converting complex customer journeys into secure, scalable, production-ready AI-agent workflows.
Candidates should be comfortable working across AI/LLM technologies, backend engineering, enterprise APIs, SAP integrations, security, cloud infrastructure, and production observability.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
