JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES MANAGER (HIGH NET-WORTH INDIVIDUALS – HNI)

ROLE OVERVIEW
All4Season is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager – HNI to lead acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth from High Net-Worth Individual clients across luxury holidays, bespoke experiences, wellness retreats, corporate celebrations, and premium lifestyle travel.
This role requires a mature sales professional with strong consultative selling ability, deep relationship skills, and experience handling affluent clientele with high service expectations. The candidate will play a key role in expanding All4Season’s HNI portfolio while mentoring junior sales resources and driving premium revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HNI Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire and onboard HNI clients through referrals, networking, partnerships, and personal outreach
- Build long-term trusted relationships with clients and families
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned HNI accounts
- Develop personal rapport with CXOs, promoters, entrepreneurs, and premium families
2. Luxury Sales & Consultative Selling
- Understand client lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations to curate personalized luxury travel solutions
- Design and present high-value proposals (international holidays, villas, cruises, wellness journeys, celebrations, etc.)
- Position value beyond price while maintaining margin targets
- Lead high-ticket closures independently
3. Revenue Growth & Portfolio Development
- Drive repeat business, referrals, and wallet-share expansion
- Own monthly / quarterly revenue targets for HNI vertical
- Track pipeline through CRM and prepare sales forecasts
- Strategize campaigns for premium clientele in coordination with leadership
4. Team Leadership & Internal Coordination
- Guide junior sales executives handling HNI inquiries
- Work closely with Operations, MICE, Visa, and Vendor teams for flawless delivery
- Ensure VIP handling, special requests, and last-minute changes are managed calmly and professionally
- Conduct post-travel follow-ups and relationship reviews
5. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
- Stay updated on luxury destinations, experiential travel trends, visa norms, and premium hospitality offerings
- Represent All4Season in networking forums and elite client events
- Share client insights with management for product innovation and campaign planning

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience with atleast 5 years being served at a Managerial oe equivalent senior position in Luxury travel / HNI sales / Relationship management
- Existing HNI network preferred
- Prior managerial or mentoring experience is a strong advantage
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
