About Dora Dori
Dora Dori is a premium women's fashion brand committed to delivering high-quality garments with exceptional craftsmanship. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Incharge to oversee all post-stitching activities and ensure garments meet our quality standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all finishing activities, including thread cutting, stain removal, ironing, pressing, folding, tagging, and packing.
- Ensure garments meet Dora Dori's quality standards before final packing.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams to resolve finishing-related issues.
- Manage finishing staff and allocate daily work.
- Monitor garment measurements, appearance, and overall presentation before dispatch.
- Ensure proper packing as per brand guidelines and customer requirements.
- Maintain finishing schedules to support timely order dispatch.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production for necessary alterations or repairs.
- Maintain records of finished goods and daily production reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the finishing department.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in garment finishing.
- Experience in women's ethnic wear and fashion garments is preferred.
- Good understanding of garment quality, pressing techniques, packing standards, and finishing processes.
- Ability to manage a team and meet dispatch timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of garment measurements and quality inspection.
- Familiarity with finishing equipment and steam pressing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay: ₹12,450.65 - ₹25,654.37 per month
