About the job:
The Digital S2V ERP Invoice Expert is responsible for the operational stability, optimization, and evolution of the E2E Supplier invoicing process within Source to Value (S2V). The role acts as the Digital functional owner of the applications under scope including but not limited to SAP FI-AP, VIM, Coupa and Tungsten applications at Global level, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA as the core ERP system.
The position partners closely with global business stakeholders, Digital, and support teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and user‑centric solutions that generate measurable business value.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Digital contact for S2V Invoicing Including PO based invoices both direct (COGS) and indirect (NCOGS) and non PO based invoices. E2E process includes coverage from invoice receipt channels, invoice processing/approval and posting, considering all required data such as bank, payment term, attachments, taxes, etc. liaising with global business stakeholders within established governance frameworks.
- Own and manage the Invoicing applications, including configuration, releases, integration with ERPs and other apps, vendors, contracts, licenses, and budget.
- Ensure robust end‑to‑end integration between Invoicing applications and SAP S/4HANA, including correct creation of documents (park/post, cancel, VIM ID, FI-AP-MM documents, taxes) and master data alignment.
- Oversee and support SAP configuration for VIM-MM-FI modules, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Hands-on role on the defined scope, delivering implementations for high complexity requirements.
- Provide functional and technical expertise on SAP S/4HANA VIM-MM-FI, and related S2V processes (e.g., PO/GR/Payments).
- Drive incident, problem, and enhancement management, reducing defects while improving user experience and process efficiency.
- Support and contribute to business value initiatives and projects impacting Invoicing, from design validation to deployment.
- Collaborate with Architecture and Integration teams to ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards and best practices.
About you:
- 10+ years of experience with SAP FI-AP, VIM, Coupa invoicing. Other invoicing solutions (e.g. Invoice Track, Basware) are valuable.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Invoicing processes in a global environment.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into sustainable digital solutions with strong operational focus.
- Proactivity to learn and implement new trends, strongly related to AI capabilities.
