Key Responsibilities:
Training & Education
- Conduct basic computer training sessions for children, youth, and staff
- Teach MS Office, internet usage, typing, and basic digital literacy
- Support STEM and digital learning activities
- Maintain attendance and training records
- Assist students during practical sessions
Technical Support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure operating systems, printers, and applications
- Maintain desktops, laptops, projectors, and networking equipment
- Handle basic LAN/Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting
- Ensure proper functioning of computer labs and digital classrooms
Asset & Inventory Support
- Maintain records of computer equipment and accessories
- Report damaged or repair-required items
- Coordinate for servicing and maintenance of systems
- Support inventory checking of IT materials and STEM accessories
Field & Administrative Support
- Travel to different centres/schools when required
- Assist during events, workshops, and technical setups
- Submit regular work reports to the coordinator
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer teaching and hardware maintenance
- Driving licence mandatory
- Must be able to ride a scooter/two-wheeler
- Willingness to travel locally
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic English and computer proficiency preferred
Qualification:
- Diploma / Certification / Graduate in Computer Applications, IT, Hardware, or related field preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
