Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated, confident, and result-oriented Data Entry Executives & Telecallers with prior experience in data entry, telecalling, customer handling, and follow-up management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and business data in company systems.
- Verify records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Receive and professionally handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Explain company services and generate quality leads.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments.
- Maintain detailed customer records, call logs, and follow-up reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve assigned performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry and Telecalling is mandatory.
- Experience in Client Handling and Customer Follow-ups is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet.
- Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (Basic English knowledge preferred).
- Experience in Customer Support, BPO, CRM, Lead Generation, Sales, or Telecalling.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

1–3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Data Entry
- Telecalling

- Client Handling

- Sales
Candidates with proven experience in customer interaction and lead management will be given preference.
