Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of US healthcare staffing, strong candidate-sourcing skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced US night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment (360° recruitment).
- Recruit healthcare professionals, including Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) and Allied Health professionals.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment platforms.
- Work on VMS/MSP client requirements, including platforms such as Aya, Medefis, AHSA, and similar systems.
- Review and screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate and job information in ATS and recruitment platforms, such as JobDiva, Nexus, Vivian, TNS, and similar tools.
- Use social media and other online channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions that meet client requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and placement targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow company processes and ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing requirements.
Pay: ₹14,221.21 - ₹60,000.00 per month
