Role Summary
Responsible for implementing and managing finalized processes and workflows across projects, ensuring Rivo Reality operates as a structured and process-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and follow approved processes and project workflows
- Coordinate between design, execution, and client teams
- Track project progress, stages, and timelines
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and reporting
- Identify delays, gaps, and ensure corrective actions
- Maintain daily/weekly project status reports
- Ensure teams adhere to defined systems and procedures
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering (Diploma/B.Tech) + MBA (Preferred) (or Civil background with strong coordination experience)
Experience
- 2–5 years in construction / real estate / project coordination

Role Objective
To ensure all projects are executed as per planned processes, improving efficiency, control, and consistency.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
