Key Responsibilities:
Supply Planning & Delivery
- Ensure on-time and complete availability of parts at the plant to support production schedules.
- Initiate and manage purchase/work orders aligned with demand plans.
- Expedite procurement or production orders as required.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and ensure adherence to defined norms.
- Collaborate with suppliers to reduce lead times and optimize order quantities.
- Reconcile order boards for critical suppliers, parts, and past-due orders.
- Manage part change requests, ramp-up/ramp-down activities, and minimize excess/obsolete inventory.
Inventory & Materials Management
- Maintain inventory levels in line with organizational standards.
- Identify and liquidate excess and non-moving inventory.
- Support inventory repositioning across locations with demand.
- Perform quality checks on planning master data (lead time, order quantities, etc.) aligned with Plan for Every Part (PFEP) .
Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain timely communication with vendors to resolve queries and concerns.
- Liaise with sourcing, central teams, and suppliers for allocation calls and constraint management.
- Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders on part availability and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with warehouse, quality, assembly, and planning teams for seamless operations.
Process Control & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure effective process control for order communication and supplier commitments.
- Monitor and adjust procurement parameters within planning systems.
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (quality, safety, process, material flow).
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) for excess inventory and high coverage days.
Quality, Safety & Compliance (HSE)
- Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, policies, and procedures.
- Report work-related incidents, hazards, or illnesses.
- Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
- Work with Quality teams to resolve non-conforming materials.
Teamwork & Communication
- Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in training and personal development aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma / secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Additional certifications or licenses may be required based on export control or regulatory requirements.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires relevant work experience with intermediate-level knowledge in supply planning or materials management.
- Experience gained through training or on-the-job exposure in supply chain, manufacturing, or planning environments.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle , ASCP , and MRP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
