Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and confident Virtual Callers to join our growing team. The role mainly involves outbound calling, cold calling and customer communication. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with potential clients, gathering information, and generating quality leads through professional communication.
This position is ideal for individuals with prior outbound sales or cold-calling experience who can work independently and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers
- Perform cold calling and follow calling scripts professionally
- Collect customer information and update records accurately
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain daily call targets and reporting
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Ensure proper documentation of calls and lead status
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales
- Strong cold-calling skills
- Excellent English communication and listening skills
- Clear and professional speaking voice
- Comfortable talking to international clients/customers
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales calling
- Lead qualification experience
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
