We are looking for an experienced 3-Layer Stretch Cast Line Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining cast stretch film extrusion lines to ensure consistent production quality, machine efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. The candidate should have hands-on experience in stretch film manufacturing and possess strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor 3-layer cast stretch film extrusion lines.
- Set machine parameters including temperature, speed, thickness, and tension.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor film quality, gauge consistency, transparency, and roll formation.
- Perform machine setup, grade changes, and product changeovers.
- Troubleshoot extrusion, cooling, winding, and gauge-related issues.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and machine cleaning.
- Maintain production reports, downtime records, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize production losses.
- Follow all plant safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Cast Stretch Film manufacturing.
- Knowledge of LLDPE, mLLDPE, and stretch film production processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve machine and quality issues.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
