Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Electrical Design Engineer / Assistant Manager to lead the electrical design and engineering activities for large-scale building projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing design teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and delivering high-quality electrical designs within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical design and engineering of residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use development projects.
- Prepare and review electrical design calculations, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical reports.
- Design and oversee systems including:
- HT/LT power distribution systems
- Transformer and substation layouts
- DG backup systems
- UPS systems
- Lighting and lighting control systems
- Earthing and lightning protection systems
- ELV systems coordination
- Ensure compliance with applicable national and international codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct design reviews, value engineering studies, and technical audits.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and design deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to junior engineers and design team members.
- Support project execution teams during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
